  • 1 lb firm fish fillets (snapper, grouper), cut into finger-sized strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Bahamian seasoning blend (or a mix of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

INSTRUCTIONS                                                                                                                                                     

1) In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and Bahamian seasoning blend. Set aside.

2) Place the flour in another shallow dish, and the beaten eggs in a third dish.
