For the Nassau Grouper:
  • 4 grouper fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
