For the Conch Salad:
  • 1 lb conch meat, cleaned and finely chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS                                                                                                                                                     

1) In a large bowl, combine the chopped conch meat, red onion, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, and cilantro.
