- 4 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2) In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3) Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping at the base of the tail. Gently spread the shell to expose the meat.
