  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs

  • Store-bought pie crust

INSTRUCTIONS                                                                                                                                                    

1) Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
